Shipping & Returns: We currently default to USPS shipping, unless otherwise requested. Unless you request signature confirmation or insurance, your package will be sent via USPS Priority without insurance. We will provide you with tracking confirmation numbers. Assuming USPS shows delivery confirmation, if you don't have signature confirmation or insurance, we cannot assist you in recovery of your package if it is misplaced, taken by the milk man, etc. So if you have special shipping needs, please contact us before the package ships, as we can take no responsibility for packages designated as delivered by the carrier. International Orders: We will be sending all international orders via USPS PRIORITY or EXPRESS for better tracking, easier customs acceptance, prioritized customs holding, and automatic insurance.
